Martyn Southall founded Warley Consultancy Pty Ltd in 2005, following over 25 years of experience in the automotive, rail and power generation industries in the UK, Middle East and Asia Pacific. This has included manufacturer and dealership/branch roles in technical, supervisory and management.

Considerable operational consulting and training experience provides Martyn with the unique ability to deliver practically based bespoke projects and programs across several industries including outdoor power equipment, motorcycles, automotive, commercial vehicles, agriculture and mining & construction.

Criticality of Service & Parts operations sees Martyn in global demand, training & coaching, conducting operational/financial and process health checks. These have provided valuable KPI improvements particularly in the areas of operational efficiencies, profitability and customer retention.
