Warley Consultancy uses the following process for positive results.

    What is your goal? We can assist you in identifying what you need to achieve. This can be done via utilising a variety of specialist tools i.e. coaching and training analysis, performance and data analysis or process evaluation.

  • 2. Agree on Solutions

    Typical solutions have included: Operational Performance Action Plans, Training, One on One coaching, Mystery Shopping and Process Improvement.

  • 3. Bespoke Implementation

    We will coordinate to ensure the solution has flexibility to meet your business, timelines and resource availability.

  • 4. Evaluation

    These typically take format of a report, be it feedback from training or ROI from Process improvement project. Wherever possible its measured against the original identified needs.
